ECAB (Early Childhood Activity Booster) is a service developed and operated by BizBoost Strategies, a Texas-based quality improvement resource company, available at www.trsactivities.com. National availability is planned at www.getecab.com. We are subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). We are not affiliated with the Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Rising Star, or any Texas state agency. Our service is designed for licensed childcare programs participating in the Texas Rising Star (TRS) program. Directors from other states are welcome to use our service; however, our activities are specifically developed to align with Texas TRS assessment standards and may not align with other states’ quality rating systems.
Website Analytics
What: Pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, scroll and click behavior.
How: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled by default.
Why: To understand how visitors use our site and improve our content.
What we do NOT collect: Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information through analytics.
Free Sample Requests & Onboarding Forms
What: Name, email address, childcare center name, licensed capacity, and selected age groups. Forms are hosted by Microsoft Forms.
Why: To deliver your requested sample activities and, if you subscribe, to configure and deliver your daily activity emails.
Stored where: Secure Microsoft 365 Business cloud storage (OneDrive/Azure) with AES-256 encryption at rest. Data is not accessible to third parties.
Subscription & Payment Data
What: Subscription status, subscription ID, and the email address associated with your Stripe account.
How: Processed by Stripe. We do not store, access, or control your payment card data — Stripe is the data controller for all payment information. See stripe.com/privacy.
What we store: Only subscription status and your email, used solely to manage your active service.
Emails are sent from support@getecab.com via Microsoft Azure. You will receive emails only in connection with services you have explicitly requested. To stop receiving emails from BizBoost Strategies at any time, simply reply to any email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line or body, and we will remove you within 5 business days and confirm deletion by reply.

Your data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to fulfill any outstanding service obligations. You may request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@getecab.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, and often sooner. If a billing cycle begins after your deletion request is received, we will refund that current month's charge. Past subscription charges are non-refundable.
Your data is stored in Microsoft 365 Business cloud infrastructure (OneDrive/Azure) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. We operate within Microsoft's enterprise compliance framework. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Our service is directed at licensed childcare center directors and operators — adults operating professional childcare businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under age 18. We collect no data directly from children in care.
